We use basic analytics — only to improve the resources we show
We use Google Analytics to understand which resources people are looking for and how they navigate the site. That information helps us improve what we show you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone. We never request donations or charge fees of any kind.
No cookies beyond what analytics requires
Google Analytics places a small cookie on your device to count visits. We don't place any other tracking cookies. Your browser may store basic session data while you're on the site, but we don't read it, and it disappears when you close the tab.
No automatic data collection beyond visit counts
Just visiting this site doesn't give us your name, email address, or any other identifying information. Analytics only tells us things like which pages were visited and what general area visitors came from — never who you are.
The only personal info we receive is what you send us
If you fill out the Get Help form or the Submit a Resource form, we receive whatever you type — typically a name, a way to reach you, and a message. We use that only to respond to you. We don't sell it, share it with anyone, or add you to a mailing list. Ever.
Links to other sites
Our resource directory links to outside organizations — shelters, food banks, workforce programs, and others. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply, not ours. We can't control what they collect.
